To make it even healthier, the fillings can use high-protein and low-fat ingredients. For example, shredded chicken can be made from skinless chicken breast, which is high in protein. Basil leaves can also be added as a source of fiber.

For those who want a rich taste while keeping it healthy, a moderate amount of coconut milk can be used, to limit excessive fat intake while still enhancing flavor.
