What's Up adalah lagu lawas yang populer tahun 1990-an. Lagu ini milik band asal Amerika 4 Non Blondes. Band beraliran pop rock yang dibentuk tahun 1989 dan digawangi oleh Linda Perry (vokal dan gitar), Christa Hillhouse (bass), Shaunna Hall (gitar), dan Wanda Day (drum).
